You can even walk around and sip a cocktail as you do your shopping right here.
Chaweng Walking Street, Night Market, Restaurants & Massage, Koh Samui
Best of all, the market is filled with dozens of stalls selling an assortment of mouth-watering street food, including seafood, chicken, and barbecued meats. Desserts, smoothies, salads, and popular Thai classics like curries, soups, sticky rice and more are also found here. If you’re looking for some fast food, the main beach road nearby has a 7-Eleven convenience store open 24 hours, and some fast food joints including Burger King and McDonald’s.
Many find the market one of liveliest and entertaining on the island. Shoppers are serenaded by music blasting from the speakers, and it’s delightful to come across the occasional live performance at the central stage. This is why coming here is a fun experience, even if you aren’t planning to shop. It’s no surprise that it stands out as one of Koh Samui’s best night markets.
Chaweng Walking Street is located on south Chaweng, a little off the main road. The food court is open to visitors daily from 4:30pm to midnight, although the shops selling dried goods are closed on Fridays and Saturdays.
